Dr. Jarvis Sulcer

Dr. Jarvis Sulcer

Dr. Jarvis Sulcer overcame a 1.8 high school GPA to become a successful entrepreneur and business coach. He's the Co-Founder and COO of LINGO Solution Inc., an EdTech startup that creates self-paced coding kits and has raised $2.25M in seed funding. Starting as a Silicon Valley engineer, he pivoted to education by co-founding XCEL Educational Services, which grew from tutoring one student to securing contracts across the Bay Area. His mission focuses on inspiring the next generation in STEM education through innovative learning solutions. He's married to Sonja, has an entrepreneurial daughter named Zofia, and enjoys family time, travel, and tennis.

Sonja Sulcer

Sonja Sulcer is an entrepreneurship and innovation strategist who develops creative thinking programs, including entrepreneurship training at Stanford University for international audiences. She was featured by Apple for Black History Month in 2021 for her Encourage Her app, which highlights quotes from women of color. While undergoing chemotherapy in 2022, she created an Amazon bestselling journal and coloring book to support women facing cancer diagnosis and treatment. She also developed the award-winning Build Your Faith App, recognized by T.D. Jakes' Good Soil initiative, to help individuals and families manage stress and anxiety during health challenges. As a wife and mother, she's passionate about coaching people to think creatively and maximize their potential regardless of their circumstances.
